MHF Mumbai

The challenge faced when designing the MHF office in Mumbai was the spatial planning. The unique shape of the floor template in BSE Building is a flanking curve. Conforming to the curvature for effective planning, the layout plan had to be designed to sweep through the workspace with curved walkways and partitions. This results in optimum utilisation fo the workspace and creates smooth transition areas. The design was inspired with Cultural Indian Motifs which was implemented through engraving in stone walls and subtle graphics. The color palette is kept monochromatic amidst the minimalist design language.
